The company Universal Leaf Tobacco Poland Ltd. with headquarters in Jedrzejow, Przemyslowa 20 street confirms that the company MCM PROJECT Ltd. with headquarters in Lodz, Electronowa 8A street was a contractor of warehouse with a connector. The building has area of 1445 m2 and is located in the village Jedrzejow at Przemyslowa Street.
The scope of work consisted of:
a) execution of a building design, within the scope of:
- design of hall foundations (for 1st and 2nd stage) and a connector
- design of steel structure of the hall (for 1st and 2nd stage) and a connector
b) execution of a construction design within the scope of:
- design of hall foundations (for 1st stage) and a connector
- design of steel structure of the hall (for 1st stage) and a connector
c) execution steel hall (1st stage) and a connector, within the scope of:
- earthworks for foundations and floors
- the foundations of the hall
- delivery and assembly of the steel structure of the hall and assembly of the external walls and roof of the equipment
- substructure under the concrete floor
- industrial floor boards
As a contractor company MCM PROJECT Ltd. provided and designed the warehouse and supervised the construction site of the hall.
